Wedding client(s) agree to the following per this Agreement:
1. To pay the full remaining amount due within 2 weeks prior to the wedding day.
2. To communicate with both the wedding party and April Bentley if any changes will be made to the schedule included below to eliminate any possible confusion or miscommunication.
3. To do their best to be on time and make sure their wedding party and immediate family members are on time according to the wedding timeline.
4. To let April Bentley, know at least 72 hours prior to the wedding date if the wedding has been postponed or cancelled.
5. To allow April Bentley the freedom to direct the wedding party for all aspects of the wedding photography on the wedding day.
6. To inform any guests with professional photography equipment to allow April Bentley to direct all wedding photography and to refer said guests to April with any photography questions they have prior to or on the wedding day.
7. To provide a list of requested photo poses for the wedding day and a timeline within 1 week of the wedding. *While photos and exact times cannot be guaranteed, April will do her best to provide photos requested.
8. The parties agree that April Bentley w/ABP will furnish the services of a professional photographer on the date and time noted above. April Bentley w/ABP will be the sole professional photographer employed for the wedding day. Simultaneous photographic coverage by another professional photographer (not chosen by April Bentley) releases Photographer from this agreement and immediately terminates service coverage without any refund being due to Client.
9. Provide April Bentley w/ABP and any of her associate photographers and/or assitants with a meal or snack during the day of wedding. We will always try to eat while the bride and groom does to avoid missing any important photo moments.
FEDERAL COPYRIGHT LAWS:
Photographer owns all copyrights for all images produced in connection with this agreement, including the exclusive right to reproduce or publicly display such images. When a photography package contains the USB Flash Drive of any images, the permission to print is then released to the Client with the understanding that Photographer still owns the right to reproduce or publicly display any image.
OWNERSHIP OF IMAGES:
The parties agree that Photographer may reproduce, publish or exhibit a judicious selection of such photographs as samples of photographic work to be shown to prospective clients, and for instructional or institutional purposes consistent with the highest standards of taste and judgment. Client agrees to hold Photographer harmless against all claims arising from any published images.
LIMITATION OF LIABILITY:
Every reasonable effort will be made to produce and deliver outstanding photographs of the wedding events. Photographers limit of liability to Client for any claim, injury arising from our performance, or failure of equipment resulting in the partial loss of original images. If all original images are lost, the liability is limited to the full amount of the wedding package, minus expenses. Because this is an uncontrolled event, Photographer cannot guarantee delivery of any specifically requested image(s). Photographer shall not be liable in any way if it is unable to do so.
Retainer Fee:
Pay $300 non-refundable retainer Fee to Hold Date
ABP is not responsible for any changes required by COVID-19 pandemic regulations or restrictions.
I give permission for April Bentley with April Bentley Photography and any other professional photographers working with April Bentley to photograph myself, my wedding party, and my wedding guests on my wedding date. Furthermore, I agree to allow April Bentley to edit and use my Bridal Portrait Photos or Wedding Day photos for the following purposes: web content, promotional use, training use, social media use, and in photography competitions in digital or print form. I understand that April Bentley retains the copyright for all photos captured through April Bentley Photography
